Standard Return Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of the purchase date to initiate a return.

Return Requirements:

  1. Items must be returned in their original packaging, including manuals, warranty cards (unfilled), and any additional packaging materials.
  2. All hang tags, stickers, and protective plastic must remain intact.
  3. The item must be securely packaged in the original manufacturer’s box and further protected with appropriate shipping materials, such as packing peanuts or bubble wrap, to ensure safe transit.
  4. The returned watch must be unworn and free from any signs of use, including scratches or blemishes.
  5. The item must not have been resized, modified, or altered in any way (e.g., bracelet links removed, rubber straps cut).

Shipping Costs and Liability:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Packages sent with collect shipping will not be accepted.
  • We strongly recommend insuring the return package to protect against loss or damage during transit. If the package is not insured, all liability for transit issues rests with the customer.

Special Orders:
Items designated as special orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Important: Do not include the word “WATCH” on the shipping label or packaging to minimise the risk of theft during transit.
